📐 2. Share Your Project Details
To provide an accurate and tailored quotation, we ask that you share as much project info as possible. This may include:
- Architect drawings
- Window and door schedules
- Site plans or specifications
The more detail we receive, the more precise the quote is and helpful we can be at this stage.
📝 3. Receive Your Quotation
Once we’ve reviewed your enquiry, we’ll send a detailed quote based on the product ranges you’re interested in. Whether it’s Internorm, DAKO or QFORT, we’ll help you choose the perfect fit.

✏️ 4. Technical Drawings & Surveys
We’ll now begin producing technical drawings for your order. These are sent to you for review and approval to ensure everything is spot on.
🔧 For retrofit projects, we’ll arrange a site visit and take accurate measurements ourselves to create precise drawings.
📦 5. Order Confirmation
Once you’ve approved the drawings and confirmed all the specifications, we’ll place the order with our manufacturing partners.
We’ll also receive an estimated delivery date at this stage, which we’ll share with you right away.
🚚 6. Delivery & Installation
As your delivery date approaches, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way. If you’ve chosen our installation package, we will be in touch with start dates and our manufacturer accredited Third party installers will attend to install your goods. With expert knowledge and years of experience working with our products rest assured you will receive a professional and stress free experience.
